System test parameters and profiles can be uploaded and downloaded via the EDM Cloud, allowing system access, configuration, and troubleshooting from any location via a secure, password-protected user account. EDM Cloud can also be deployed on local servers within an organization’s network, aiding any on-going cybersecurity initiatives and particularly useful for monitoring environmental tests involving classified information.
The EDM Cloud dashboard allows the user to view the run status of all live tests and the records of all past tests.
Within each test, the user can view the test status, progress, and peak voltage, force, and displacement.
The Run Log records all events that take place during a test, with a time stamp, descriptive label, and where the event originated in the system. If issues arise within a system, the run log is a useful starting point to begin troubleshooting. Having remote run log access allows an entirely distributed team to effectively collaborate and resolve issues.
For users who may be new to a vibration test project and working completely remote, EDM Cloud uploads shaker parameters, giving the user the necessary information for understanding the shakers capabilities and limits.
